Catholic education is an investment in the whole child, building a pathway to future success. The Catholic Schools Office Tuition Assistance Program supports families who want their children to attend schools in the Diocese of Dallas.

Who can apply
Tuition assistance is need-based and awarded each year. Check the requirements below, then follow the steps for your family.
To be eligible for tuition assistance, a family must:
- Complete a FACTS Financial Aid application annually.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Meet the Diocesan school's admission requirements.
- Be current on all financial obligations with any Diocesan school.
To complete the application process, you will:
- Complete the online FACTS Financial Aid application.
- Submit all supporting documentation requested by FACTS.
- Ensure all information is accurate and submitted by the applicable deadline.
Funding for this assistance is provided through the Dallas Diocesan Education Endowment Trust, the Bishop's Invitational Golf Tournament, and other funds that support families with the greatest financial need.

Log in to FACTS
Use your school's unique FACTS link found on its website, or visit online.factsmgt.com/aid to log in using your prior-year account. Priority round applications open October 20, 2026 for the 2027–2028 school year for currently enrolled students only.
Complete your family application
Complete your family application in FACTS and pay the $45 family application fee.
Upload your documents
Upload all pages of your Form 1040 tax documents, including all schedules (if applicable), W-2s, and all required taxable income and non-taxable income documentation.
Add FACTS to your safe-sender list
Add the FACTS email address

Choosing the school that is the best fit for your family is an important part of the application process. The Catholic Schools Office website is a great resource to help you choose the best fit school.
Create a FACTS account
Use your chosen school's unique FACTS link, or visit online.factsmgt.com/aid to create an account. Regular round applications open December 21, 2026 for the 2027–2028 school year for current and newly enrolled students.
Complete your family application
Complete your family application in FACTS and pay the $45 family application fee.
Upload your documents
