Ms. Jess Garland, musician and singer, from the City of Dallas Community Arts Program. We will have poems, dancing and singing by our youth and a Juneteenth panel discussion featuring former mayor pro-tem Tennell Atkins and Holy Cross Catholic Parish parishioners Kebran Alexander, and Deborah Dennis.
