All Souls Day

All Souls Remembrance

This day is dedicated to remembering and praying for all the faithful departed, those beloved souls who have gone before us and now await the fullness of resurrection in Christ.

All Souls Day holds a special place in the heart of our Catholic faith. It is a time when we, as a community, come together to honor the memory of our departed loved ones and to lift them up in prayer. We are called to pray for their eternal rest, trusting in God’s infinite mercy and love. Our prayers, Masses, and acts of charity on their behalf are powerful expressions of our hope and our belief in the communion of saints.

Honoring the Departed

We invite you to allow us the privilege of remembering your departed family members, friends, and loved ones by sharing share their names below.

May the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

Prayer for the Dead

In your hands, O Lord,
we humbly entrust our brothers and sisters.
In this life you embraced them with your tender love;
deliver them now from every evil
and bid them eternal rest.

The old order has passed away:
welcome them into paradise,
where there will be no sorrow, no weeping or pain,
but fullness of peace and joy
with your Son and the Holy Spirit
forever and ever.

Amen
