The form below is meant only for Diocese of Dallas clerics who are requesting a letter of suitability to exercise ministry outside the Diocese of Dallas.

If you are submitting a letter for a cleric or speaker from outside the Diocese of Dallas who will be visiting the Diocese of Dallas, please send it by email to [email protected] and/or by postal mail to: Chancellor, Diocese of Dallas, 3725 Blackburn Street, P.O. Box 190507, Dallas, Texas 75219.

Letter of Suitability

We want to guarantee International Letters of Suitability, but they must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the event date. Please use the following form to request a letter of suitability (good standing) to travel outside the Diocese of Dallas.

In exceptional circumstances such as funerals, request for letters of suitability may be expedited to ensure a swift processing and timely response. Please fill out the form.

Requestors will receive an emailed copy of their submission responses.
