Before you submit

A few things to know so your letter arrives on time.

  1. Plan four weeks ahead

    Letters of suitability cannot be guaranteed unless requested at least four weeks before the event date.

  2. Urgent requests

    In exceptional circumstances, such as funerals, requests may be expedited. Fill out the form, then call the Chancellor’s Office at (214) 379-2819.

  3. No computer access?

    Priests who cannot reach a computer may call the Chancellor’s Office at (214) 379-2819 to make the request by phone.
