FEATURING GENE LUEN YANG
The fourth annual Bishop Dunne Literary Festival will be held April 9, 2024. This year’s speaker is Gene Luen Yang. An award-winning graphic novelist and illustrator, Yang is also a former Catholic high school teacher. National Book Award finalist as well as the winner of the Printz Award and an Eisner Award in 2006. His two-volume graphic novel Boxers & Saints won the L.A. Times Book Prize and was a National Book Award Finalist in 2013.
The Art Contest features three competitive brackets (Elementary School, Middle School, High School).
