Babe Laufenberg played 8 years as a quarterback in the National Football League. Originally drafted by the Washington Commanders in 1983, he finished his playing career with the Dallas Cowboys in 1990. He was also selected in the Major League Baseball draft out of high school by the San Francisco Giants. He went on to be the main sports anchor at CBS 11 DFW for 17 years, and is in his 28th year as the analyst for the Dallas Cowboys Radio Network.
Before entering the world of broadcasting, Jason Garrett was the Head Coach of the Dallas Cowboys (2011-2019), where he won three division titles, was named Associated Press Coach of the Year in 2016, and compiled an 85-67 (.559) regular-season record, good for the second-most wins for a Head Coach in franchise history. Garrett began his coaching career as the Quarterbacks Coach for the Miami Dolphins under Nick Saban and served as the Offensive Coordinator for both the Cowboys and New York Giants. Currently, Jason serves as a studio analyst for NBC Sports’ Football Night in America, the most-watched studio show in sports, and a game analyst for NBC Sports’ coverage of Notre Dame Football.
