14 September 2024 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

This year is the first for a diocesan-wide Aviation Mass. This is an occasion dedicated to honoring and blessing individuals who are actively involved in the aviation field, as well as those who have served in the past. It serves as a special gathering to recognize and celebrate the contributions of all those who work tirelessly within the aviation community.

During the Aviation Mass, prayers and blessings may be offered for the safety and well-being of pilots, air traffic controllers, maintenance personnel, flight attendants, ground crew, and all other professionals involved in aviation operations. It is a time to reflect on the importance of their work and to express gratitude for their dedication and service.

The Aviation Mass provides a sense of community and camaraderie among aviation professionals, allowing them to come together in a spirit of unity and solidarity. It serves as a reminder of the shared mission to ensure the safety and efficiency of air travel for passengers and cargo alike.

Overall, the Aviation Mass is a meaningful and reverent way to recognize the vital role that aviation plays in our world and to honor those who contribute to its success and safety.
