We are seeking a missionary disciple with a passion for evangelization and the formation of families preparing for their children’s baptism. The Baptism Prep Coordinator leads all aspects of Baptism ministry in both English and Spanish—overseeing formation, hospitality, parent engagement, and the integration of young families into parish life.

The ideal candidate combines pastoral sensitivity with organizational competence, thrives in team leadership, and is energized by accompanying parents toward a deeper relationship with Christ and His Church. The individual will supervise the Baptism Admin and collaborate closely with the wider Adult Ministry and Family Life teams to ensure the ministry serves the parish mission.

This is a full-time role, that could require being present on nights and occasionally on weekends. Given that this person will be primarily responsible for the formation of both English and Spanish communities at our parish, the candidate must be fully bilingual and competent to teach in both languages.
